The 52 congregations in the West Area of the Christian Church In Kentucky have a rich tradition in ministry that is expanding in its scope and promise. As a key component of the whole ministry of our churches, the West Area ministry:

• Assists Congregations with Search and Call
• Creates and Maintains Communication Networks
• Brokers Continuing Education Opportunities for Laity and Clergy
• Staffs Two Interview Teams for the Committee on the Ministry
• Offers Pastoral Care to Pastors
• Coordinates West Area Specific Programming
• Supervises Staff and Usage of Camp Kum-Ba-Ya
